FAQ

With the SIM plan, you can use any SIM card from one of our Partners to leverage the Miotiq NB-IoT/LTE-M platform features. It’s the easiest way to get your end2end solution up and running within minutes. With the SaaS plan, you have your own contract with a mobile operator, preferably your own private APN and SIM cards. The SaaS plan suits large customers who might have better commercial conditions from the mobile operators or prefer direct interconnection with the mobile operators from a strategic point of view.
You could use a multifunctional tool which is maybe good enough, but NB-IoT/LTE-M implementation very often requires much more experience and support than traditional 2G/3G/4G services. For some of the tariffs on Miotiq 2G/3G fallback is available, but generally Miotiq is an extremely efficient dedicated tool for NB-IoT/LTE-M. If you want the best results solution, you should definitely choose the right tool.
The SIM plan does not need a contract. The SaaS plan operates on a contract.
Our aim is “Within 10 minutes – within 10 EUR*”. It’s extremely easy to get your NB- IoT/LTE-M SIM cards and connect your devices to your server. You simply order a prepaid subscription, place the SIM cards in your devices end set up a HTTPs Endpoint (or UDP listener). That’s it.

After a short, 5-10 minutes call, we are ready to provide you with the best offer. A typical NB-IoT/LTE-M project runs for 5 years. It’s worth spending 5 minutes to discuss it with an expert!

IMPORTANT we also deliver test packages (5 sims) to device or solutions developers. There is no reason to be afraid of contacting us. We support garage nerds, small team of developers producing tenths of devices as well as large integrators with tenths of thousands of devices.
